
Today my friend and I try to cook Thai food that is Papaya Salad. Thai people call that one is Som-Tum. It is very spicy and hot flavor. I will tell you about ingredients and how to cook Papaya Salad. It is very easy to make it and you can do that.
Ingredient of Papaya Salad
1. Green Papaya 80 g.
2. Long Bean 4 g.
3. Dried Shrimps 6 g.4. Tomato 4 g.
5. Garlic 6 g.6. Hot Chili 2.5 g.
7. Fish Sauce 0.6 g.
8. Palm Sugar 6 g.
9. Lime Juice 6 g.
10. Roast Peanuts 10 g.
Note: This is for 2 serves

How to cook
1. Slice papaya to string.
2. Pound garlic, hot chill and long bean, bash.

3. Add sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, stir wet.
4. Add sliced papaya, tomato, dried shrimps,
mix thoroughly.
